I made this Excel computation of monthly cost of living of a Filipino minimum to be atleast a little healthy and made me realize Province Rate minimum is a Joke.

Living at manila in the past 8 years ago and not living at province for 8 years. i found that cost of living are almost same, the cost of Food, utilities and gadgets are much cheaper so i can purchase phone charger at much cheaper price. and some foods at province are much expensive like cabbage. due to exportation cost from baguio.

Here i share the files just in case you want to compute yours. Dont forget even the smallest item you purchase daily or weekly cause it adds up

I made this daily, weekly, with monthly auto computation with salary input and extra income. Gonna share file later.

At ayun na nga habang nagHahunt ako ng New opportunity/Work para makaAlis na ako sa province minimum Rate.

napagawa ako ng File dahil naisipan ko MagCompute kung makakasurvie pa ba talaga minimum ko sa Daily ko. Di na kasi kaya ung utang ko lalo pa lumalake.

Also if may alam po kayong mga hiring dyan. Male 30 here.

After the interview ended with some questions that were not related to the job I was applying for. They then asked me if I had any questions, and I asked:

Does your company value its employees and treat them fairly? because I would rather work for a company that values its employees, just as I value every customer or client. I know they are an investment, and without them, I would not receive a salary, and the company would earn nothing.

and i believe that Without customer, Employees and company are nothing. and without employees, no one will help the owner of company to assist the customer/clients, and ofcourse without company, employees dont earn. so i believe in balance respect and trust.

We are nothing without them.

The Interviewer are a good Guy,
I know my English are not fluent and kinda difficult to understand and when i ask him if their company are strict in fluent or understandable English is enough he said my English is understandable enough, which give me hope cause i also know my English is pretty bad in the past and i know i improve it a little by watching English movies and youtube tutorials, also reading some English articles, but not sure if its enough.

The salary are nearly doubled in my current province rate salary (But little higher than province rate), so its totally win for me to start new progress again, im good with that rate for now cause i know my weakness are communicating in English which is the most crucial in every big company but i can totally boast my experience, skill and knowledge so the salary are really reasonable for me.
(Cant say it for every company privacy)

so to my interviewer if ever you recognize this, weather i get the offer on not. thank you, it lit the fire in me to look for better opportunity more and strive for better. but if ever i got offer from your company, i probably prioritize it.
