I got myself a women's size 7 (my regular size) and have around a thumbs width of space between my toe and the edge of the shoe, and they slip a bit (FWIW I don't think I tightened them enough and was wearing really thin socks). I saw reviews saying they are supposed to be roomy but then I saw people saying they are supposed to be snug. I looked online to see that the 6.5 is out of stock.

I got these for my trip to Seoul in two weeks so I don't have time to wait for a restock. Does anyone have any input about how these shoes should fit/is what I'm describing normal? Open to any input or suggestions. I could size down a whole size but I don't know if that's too much.
