Just had a full set of bloods done and wanted to get some opinions on my testosterone levels and overall results. Male, 39 Train regularly (weights + cardio) Diet is pretty solid (high protein, fairly clean) Sleeping okay most nights

From what I’ve been told: Blood sugar, liver, thyroid, and iron all look good
Haematocrit and red blood cells slightly low
Monocytes slightly low, my cholesterol is high and I don’t know why as my diet is pretty clean, My main question is around testosterone – I’m trying to figure out, Are my levels considered normal for my age? Are they optimal for training, energy, and recovery? Is there anything I should be doing to improve them naturally before considering TRT?
If anyone’s knowledgeable on this or has been through something similar, I’d appreciate your input.
