I'm so excited, I just saw on the website I got Best Qualified!!

But now my mind is coming back to reality lol

We are selling our house right now due to some issues with it. Also that we bought it with family and they are moving away. I would keep it alone if I could but that's another story.

Basically we were planning on signing a lease sometime soon in the next month or so. Should we reconsider this? I saw people saying it can take 6 months to 2 years to get from your TOL to your academy start date, but everything's been quicker than I've seen online so far. And plus I am a very healthy individual, so I don't think there'll be any hiccups in the medical exams.

Any advice? Obviously it would suck to sign a 12 month lease and then leave in 6 months. But also I'd hate to do a month to month and then end up waiting 12 months or more, because obviously that would be a lot more expensive.

Any thoughts or advice are appreciated.
