Groovy lil tune I heard on Wave Flower's NTS show a few months back (songs starts @ 3:20). She includes a tracklist on most all her sets but somehow this song is not on there :(

Been stuck in my head ever since and I just really want to know who came up with this magical track. I'm assuming it's some 80s japanese artist because she plays a lot of japanese music from that era but I can't say for sure

I'll take guesses of who the artist might be too. Anything to guide the search is appreciated
