Hello everyone, I’m 22 years old and my symptoms began a little over a year ago.
The reason that I’m
I have visited several urologists and undergone numerous tests and checkups over the past year, all of which came back clear. I was prescribed antibiotics, but they didn’t provide any relief.
Two months ago, I consulted a urologist who diagnosed me with Chronic Non-Bacterial Prostatitis
After doing some research, I found this community.
I am reaching out to see if anyone has experienced similar symptoms and could share if they found a cure or an effective way to manage the pain.
My symptoms include:
• Interrupted urination (hesitancy).
• Occasional burning sensations during urination.
• Pain behind the testicles (a sensation similar to sitting on a golf ball or constant pressure in that area).
• Rectal pain and lower back pain.
I’ve noticed that arousal/erections worsen the symptoms, and if I ejaculate, the pain can persist for several days.
Recently, I have been practicing specific stretching exercises and noticed that I feel better when I stay active and avoid arousal for a while; the constant pain seems to subside. I have also started taking Quercetin As my urologist suggested lately and feel like it is helping a bit.
I am hoping that anyone who has gone through this can offer some guidance or share what steps they took to overcome this pain.
