I was thinking of making a driving license in Germany but I am on a student budget.

I wanted to ask mainly two things.

1- Is there a good driving school in NRW that accepts installments payments?

2- Can I transfer some lessons or my driving license from a non European country?

Also what's the minimum price to expect nowadays?
