Statblock states that she has 2 very rare magical items that would be her heartstone and that sack of souls or whatever. My question is: does players get those items after her death or are they self-destruct/become useless?

Description in the crypt states that the wish spell cannot be used to kill Strahd or let the wielder leave Barovia. But what are the other options? Is there somewhere stated that Strahd can be made human again or it's forbidden by the Dark Powers? I know my players and I'm sure that if they find the sword then the wish spell will surely gonna be used for some shenanigans
