So I was bored tonight. Just bought this phone 2 weeks ago it's cheap because it's a 2nd hand phone, they reformat the phone while I'm in there so I know and I'm sure that it's working perfectly before and I haven't really customized it and suddenly I saw that I could update it. The current version was 6.0. So I thought it might have a better update. So I did updated it. After I click yes the screen went black and suddenly the phone becomes unresponsive.
At first I thought it was normal until I tried to touch the phone and suddenly It seems not to response. I click the power button to turn it off and click it again hoping I might get a response after that but it didn't work.
I tried to long press upper volume and power button but it won't show the realme logo, just a plain gray screen with lines and maybe I pressed the wrong thing so I did lower volume and power button but it didn't work either.
I'm hoping someone could help me. I don't have enough cash to buy a new one right now 😞
