I have hyperpigmentation on my underarm and thigh area, di ko pa afford magpa laser ee. Effective ba mga bleaching cream?

Currently using dermorepubliq na niacinamide serum + yung bye bye bum bumps cream ng luxe organix and abone scrub 1-2x a week. I use belfour as deo and nivea extra bright serum lotion (sinasama ko inner thighs ko and underbutt pag naglotion)

Edit: i use luxe organix kojic (night) and niacinamide (day) soap bar

Sabi kasi sa amin resto 2 is patient na but I still have a lot of nissin refills pa so im not sure if it will be used pa ulit or benta ko na?

Btw im an incoming 4th year student na po.
