I was always overweight. Not horribly but I weigh 100kg on 187 cm.
8 weeks ago, I felt the urge to run.
My progress has been so fun and so good.
I Downloaded the runna app to have a plan but after 3 weeks of it I realized I don’t need 12 weeks couch to 5k. So I ran a 5k.
I hit 2 5k per week since then and today I felt so good after breakfast I decided to see how far I can go! I could have squeezed more but was worried I would hurt myself.
Just wanted to share cause I don’t have a lot of people to share with!
I feel amazing!
