Ans I'm talk training methodoly wise.

In one month he turn Sasuke from a fodder to a decent chuunin level character and strong candidate to win the CE.

In one weak he teach Naruto a way to masterize a jutsu that not even Minato could do, and if Naruto keept the shadow clones training for like 6 months, he would dominate every jutsu ever.

Tsunade did decent with Sakura, but have like 3 years, Jiraiya did nothing with Naruto in those 3 years.

Sasuke get with Orochimaru its a narrative factor to create the shippuden lore, but outside the CS2 Sasuke getting that good its about has barely nothing to do with him.
