Attempt to Revive Small Server

I’ve been playing on my server for a couple months but as minecraft goes my friends got bored and stopped playing. Now i’m left trying to revive my server since i still want to play and simply enjoy having people on with me for adventures.

I have a modded betterMC server running on forge. It’s honestly a nice mod pack with dragons, new weapons/bosses, new furniture, food recipes ect..

I found a bunch of these on my plants and on the soil Google is saying that it’s mold… how do i get rid of this.. and is this a bad sign
