I have two misdemeanors. One for using a fake ID (although I used my sister’s real ID), and the other is for falsifying information to an officer. I have court at the end of the month and I am stressing about what my conviction may look like. Do you think I will get jail time? High fines? Or possible suspension on my license (I turn 21 in July).
Any insight is helpful, I have a clean driving record and no prior tickets in anything else. I could not find much information online pertaining to my judge. If there is probation, what does that look like?
