Hi everyone, so on 22th of may till the 25th of may im going to france. I really want 3 new small minimalistic new tattoo's, but everyone in the netherlands are asking insane prices for them. What would the prices be in france / paris? Do they accept walk-ins? what would the minimum cost be?
