Hey everyone! I'm a 35 yo mother of 3, and after my last kid my body decided it liked being fat-- with my other babies, I just weaned them and immediately lost the baby fat, but with this one it HUNG ON. So in January I started going to the gym 5-6 days a week, tracking macros, sticking to a deficit, all the good things, and was seeing progress but man I was HUNGRY. And luteal phase always got me. Anyway-- started Reta mid March at a super low dose of .5mg/week for a few weeks to assess tolerance, then titrated up to one, and continued to titrate as needed, usually every 4 weeks or so. I am currently on 3mg a week, and debating titrating or staying. But anyway, here's my stats:

Start weight: 267.0lb
Current:244.6
Goal: <200. Will reassess when I reach this goal, but that will have me at 25% bf if I don't gain any more muscle mass.

Per the Fit3d body scanner at the gym I have lost a total of 29 lbs of fat and gained 7 lbs of muscle.

Reta currently stacked with BPC-157/TB-500 for some old injuries related to back to back pregnancies, will be switching to KLOW for continued maintenance on that and overall inflammation, recovery and skin/collagen benefits. I am aware that with the amount of weight I am losing that loose skin is inevitable and only surgery can fix that, but if I can have some vitality brought back to my face and have my skin generally healthier I feel like it will help with my overall satisfaction on this journey.

Ignore the faces, i took those pics for me lol, and any distortion is taking out people in the background who did not consent to being posted on a public forum.
