



One-derland and 50lbs down
Dropping below 200 feels like a dream. I waited a bit to post this milestone just in case my body was choosing to bounce back above 200. It’s just unbelievable I got here without doing crazy diets and copious amount of cardio.
As an added bonus, I’m now fitting in M/size 10, coming from XXL. And it’s just in time for Mother’s Day. I cannot wait to take pictures with my babies without feeling self conscious.
I’ve also spent the past couple of weeks gardening and I did not loose my breath, struggle squatting or struggle getting up. Not carrying extra 50lbs feels so good.
As always, I’ve been lifting twice a week and doing cardio twice a week in the form of boxing and cycling. Slightly less the past couple of weeks owing to gardening and lifting potting soil and compost.
