This shit is tough but so worth it once you see that pass show up. First attempt was a 60% and here is what I adjusted to improve:
-added pass perfect for extra question variation and more in depth test feedback.
-heavy focus on concentrated question drills. THIS HELPS SO MUCH. Doing Pts are great but you have to really focus on the weak spots afterward to get your score up. Pass perfect does a really great breakdown after a practice test on where you should adjust.
-Ken videos in the car! Definitely recommend if you are confused on underwriting, options, and munis. Great breakdowns and I owe my options improvement to him.
-mighty 90 night before and morning of. This is psycho to do but if you’re paranoid like me it can be extremely helpful.
I was definitely underprepared my first try looking back. You should feel incredibly comfortable with options. I added spreads and hedging/income strategies to my dump sheet and it was a game changer. On to the 66!
