I need your remedies you swear by for intense cramping. My period cramps are about a 7/10 on the pain scale. My ovulation cramps though.. unbearable. I get mild cramping when my period ends for about a week. Then it turns into intense, hunched over in bed in so much pain cramping, lower back pain, extreme bloating. I can only assume it’s ovulation. It lasts for about 5 days. Then I have about 1.5 weeks of no pain only for it to begin again when I start my period. But NOTHING works. I’ve tried Advil, Tylenol, Naproxen(both Aleve and prescription) , mefenamic acid. I hear an IUD/ BC can help but that’s my last resort. I’m 13 months PP and I feel like after having a baby the cramps got worse. I really do not want to go back on BC but this pain is so unbearable. I need help. I also suspect I could have endometriosis(I 100% have PCOS) and I’m currently waiting to see my doctor about that.
