I’m starting out as an associate role right out of college in spine for a pretty big company and I’m super excited/ nervous and I know and have been informed it will be a very rigorous time especially first year. Learning everything and long hours and the whole process. My question is more along the lines of is there more autonomy later in med device. I have no problem putting in the hours, I’m young and prepared to do what it takes but eventually I want to have the ability to have a somewhat normal schedule or if not normal just not 60 -80 hour grind session my whole life. Any advice you could provide would be appreciated
