Need a team for ultra league I currently play with meltan swampert and scizor I need some recommendations for my team because I feel like I don’t win the games when I have good match ups

I have problems with building a team for great league my current team need some improvement can someone give me tips on a good switch. I currently play shadow Charizard Swalot and Jellicent I really want to keep charizard in the team
