I started using the baking soda suppositories and I am following the reciepe I seem to get kinda watery discharge after almost feels a little lotion like and its very sticky. Anyone else?
Hi Team! So in Jan I have ZERO good bacteria and it was all BV bacteria- I started using Vintancia probiotics and by March had symptoms of CV and 100% Lactobacillus Criptus. I notice I feel better on my period. I did Sitz Baths last month which helped had my cycle waiting 7 days and just sent in another EVVY. I have been trying to get a wet mount and the only place I could find who does it was Planned Parent hood. I went today she saw WBC's, a little yeast and A LOT of lactobacillus. She wants me to treat the yeast for a week the move to Caprylic Acid and do this for a month she things I have yeast and too much Lacto is this possible- I feel so confused.
