I’m looking for an old low-quality live-action preschool/kindergarten video I watched on YouTube as a kid (probably around 2008–2013 upload, but the video itself may be older).

What I remember:

narrated by a little girl

she was basically the “bad kid” of the story

she stole a big blue ball from a little boy

the little boy cried a lot

later she poked/pricked the ball with something sharp

there was also a scene in a store where she bought something (maybe candy)

there was a school bus near the ending

live-action, not animated

looked grainy/low-quality like an old camera recording or educational video

It felt like a preschool moral lesson/social skills video about sharing or empathy.
