USC marriage base 3 years , F1 overstayed for 3y , from the the 75 countries , Chicago

Interview was on April 20.

The officer asked:

•	How did we meet?

•	Who do we pay rent to?

•	Questions about our Islamic marriage, how it was done, and the ceremony.

•	Questions about my F-1 visa history and how many schools I attended.

I did not have all of my I-20s with me, so she asked me to upload them once I got home. She also asked me to upload full lease agreements for the past 3 years and additional bank statements.

I uploaded the bank statements about one week after the interview because I had to wait for the bank to mail them to me.

She also went through the standard I-485 questions.

The interview felt more like a conversation than an actual interview. The officer handed me the white paper saying that my case was under review. She told me to expect an answer about one week after I finished uploading everything.

Exactly one week after I uploaded the documents, I received my I-130 approval, and the next day my I-485 was approved.

I also received two emails about 4 hours before the approval notice appeared in the Documents tab saying: “Case Is Still Being Processed by USCIS.”

Evidence we submitted:

•	Marriage certificate

•	Islamic marriage certificate

•	Joint bank account statements

•	3 years of lease agreements

•	3 car insurance policies

•	Phone bills

•	Pregnancy proof

•	Around 150 pictures (travel, activities, family gatherings, friends, and three family weddings)

Good luck everyone
