I’ve been messing around for a while now trying snatch but recently the past 2 months I’ve been focusing on learning how to actually snatch some more weight. Any advice on what kinds of drills I could focus on to improve a little bit?
I’ve been doing some high pull complexes, snatch press and balance, knee pulls.
