Anybody have a recommendation for binoculars to spot cotter keys on distro poles in SoCal about 30-70 ft up.

Don’t get an allowance for them so will be using my own money but need something solid to be able to spot cotters from the floor.

I work during the day, so sometimes the shadows from certain angles make it a bit hard to spot.

Any recommendations would help trying to keep it under $1000 dollars plz thank u
