Sleeping through night but waking way too early now!

My LO is about 4 months old. We've started testing out the Magic Merlin sleep suit in the bassinet (previously been exclusively swaddled as he's still not showing any signs of rolling) and baby slept from 8:30 to 5:30, with only a few instances of needing the pacifier to be put back in. Previously, he'd wake up at 2/3, get a small bottle then go back to sleep quite easily and I could get him to go till about 7, with a few more instances of needing the pacifier. 5:30 is too early for me so I've given him the bottle then tried to put him back down but it's taking close to an hour to get him back to sleep. And then what's the point? Wondering if I should try putting him to bed earlier?

He's close to dropping his 4th nap of the day, which is a small one around 6:30-7, then we start winding down at 7:30 with goal of drinking last bottle by 8, asleep by 8:30. I know it's a late nap but he's been awake since like 4/4:30. He's also going to go into crib from bassinet very soon. Any advice welcome.

Edit: Asked to share full schedule. We aren't super strict on the times but here's a loose example of a day:
7 Wake up
8:30-9:30 Nap 1
11:30/12-1 Nap 2
3-4 Nap 3
6:30-7 Nap 4
7:30 start winding down
8 last bottle, asleep by 8:30

We sometimes try to extend his naps because he usually won't do more than 45 minutes on his own in bassinet. We can get a bit longer if we wear him but trying to wean off contact naps. Today we are not going to extend his naps and just let him be up when he's up. Also, to note, he's not really able to self soothe yet. We have to pacify him or rock him.
