I’m honestly really scared and shaken.

I had raised a complaint about some products on Zepto, and the delivery guy actually came to my house afterwards to confront me. It felt really intimidating and completely inappropriate.

Now I can’t stop thinking — what if I was living alone? There’s no proper security where I live, and the fact that someone can just show up like this is making me anxious. I’m genuinely worried they might come back again.

The worst part is, there’s no direct customer support where I can immediately connect with someone and report this properly, which makes the situation even more frustrating and scary.

Has anyone else experienced something like this? What steps should I take to stay safe or escalate this?
