Missing Avios
Hey, I just logged into my account and saw a very precise number of avios removed nearly 30000. It wasn’t a transfer to a partner or any sort of booking but was named “manual avios adjustment”. I spoke to BA on the phone and I was told that it was a transaction from a household member (agent clearly lied as I knew that wasn’t the case, and also because I received Avios contribution INTO my account before the avios left). They were unable to tell me anything further and as I didn’t want my account locked for investigation I just said not to bother with a complaint. Has anyone had this happen before?
