Hi everyone,
I own a small LLC that holds several rental properties in Delaware County, PA. I’m looking for a highly recommended CPA or accountant who specializes in real estate investors and rental property taxation.
Specifically, I need someone experienced with:
• Real estate rental income / expenses
• Depreciation schedules and cost segregation
• Section 179 / bonus depreciation (especially for vehicles like trucks purchased for business use)
• LLC tax filings, bookkeeping, and quarterly estimates
• Maximizing legitimate deductions while staying fully compliant
I’m based in the Media area and prefer someone local or very familiar with Delaware County / Pennsylvania rules.
