owner killed the vibe before we even ordered
walked into this italian spot with a friend just to check the menu. the place actually looked nice so we were planning to order. before we could even decide, the owner (older lady) came up with a sharp tone and went “are you actually ordering or just looking?”
we said we were about to order and she still had that aggressive, impatient energy. eye rolls, pointing at the menu, just standing there like we were a problem for being there.
we ended up leaving. not because of the food, but because the attitude was so off
like… why make customers feel unwelcome when they were literally about to spend 😭 anyone else experienced this?
