I applied for an ITA role about two months ago and just heard back for an in-person panel interview. I’m up in far Northern California, so this feels like a really solid opportunity and I do have direct experience for the role.
I’m excited but also pretty nervous because interviewing has never been my strong suit.
From what I understand, it’ll be a panel interview and likely pretty structured. I’m already planning to prep a few scenarios and practice, but I’m worried about freezing up or not coming across as well as I actually perform on the job.
Any advice would be appreciated 🙏
