Medication anxiety
I was on cipro + metro prescripted 10 days, (jan2026) I had some severe side effects which were more on the psychological side + heartburn. Fortunately that went away after I finished the meds. During the days I was very paranoiac about health and that seemed to improve too. I have a cold right now and taking ibucold (ibuprofen) seems like the easiest way out but from I remember ibuprofen may flare up symptoms? Just remembering the times gives me anxiety and maybe I’ll get over this without any meds but there will surely be times where a health condition has to be fixed with medicine. What will I do then? I wanted to ask floxies here who recovered/is in recovery currently who used ibuprofen about their experience. I know every body is different but I still wanted some advice.
