Secondly, looking at all the critiques, I’d like to know how to get better at understanding real world physics and arcs and especially how to keep volume constant

Not so new to animation but I’m having a reboot of my journey. Any tips on how to plan out timing charts (the lines and arc things which look a like a graph) WOULD BE APPRECIATEDSO MUCH :3
