i need help with the app and bad.
hello, ive been using steelseries to clip and get videos since last year of may, ive been trying to fix this but to no avail. every time i try to use desktop capture it either turns on and it works for a second but if i close out of it it stops working or it just ignores desktop capture as if i never clicked on it, is their any type of way to fix this? ive been using NVIDIA and i know thats likely why but ive rolled back the drivers to november 4th and october to see what would happen, and nothing did. i also did that and kept deleting steelseries to see if anything would be fixed or work is there anything i can do if so ill try it but ive just been confused and needing answers as to why it hasn't been working and i know im likely not one of the only people that unfortunately have to go through this.
