I am redoing my resume to fit the new 2 page format and prepare for applying.

I used to make sure my resume states explicitly, in the same language, I have the experience that the description requires and the questionnaire requires.

With the new format is this still the preferred strategy? What do you HR people that do the initial review and refer suggest?
