Is there a guide on this subreddit explaining tips/tricks to filling out this document? e.g. there is an area to list all the areas you have lived, parents, grandparents have lived. I have moved quite a bit in my life within the USA and I think I could list 10-12 different cities, they don't all fit. Any guidelines on how to approach some of these areas?

** Sorry EER

My grandmother, born in 1926, was born out of wedlock. In her full birth certificate record it shows her marriage in flensburg 1946, but doesn’t show anything around paternity or custody.

Her 1946 marriage record shows her mother had died in 1934 and her father was present at the wedding. The remarks say that he claimed legal status over her but they weren’t officially married. It says - "Eheschließung nicht erfolgt, aber Ehelichkeitserklärung"

Do I need Vaterschaft, Ehelichkeitserklärung, or Vaterschaftsfeststellung if it’s not recorded in her birth record? In her marriage document she has her father's last name not her mother's.

I have my grandmothers birth certificate with notes about her wedding, her mother’s birth certificate and her wedding document to a foreigner.
