Lossless scaling doesn't work on me. I keep having screen tearing. Help.

My setting in lossless:
Under Frame Generation:
TYPE: LSFG 3.1
MODE: Adaptive
Target: 144 (I just matched whatever the max fps I can get In-game according to settings)
FLOWSCALE: 90
PERFORMANCE: OFF
Under Scaling:
TYPE: FSR
MODE: Auto, Aspect ratio
Under Rendering:
SYNC MODE: Vsync
MAX FRAME LATENCY: 1
HDR SUPPORT: OFF
G-SYNC: ON
DRAW FPS: ON
Under GPU & Display:
PREFERRED GPU: AUTO
OUTPUT DISPLAYB AUTO
P.S
I also tried it on othet games same result.
