Hey everyone, anyone here currently living or who has lived in Block B at Elita Promenade (Elita Lake View)?

Any known issues with the flats/society? (water leakage, maintenance, power backup, noise, traffic, security, lifts, etc.)

How’s the overall community and management?

Is the rent actually worth it for what you get?

The only thing confusing me is the location — it feels a bit far from places like Indiranagar and other central areas. But at the same time, rents in almost every decent society in Bangalore have become insanely high now, so I’m trying to figure out if this is comparatively better value.

Would really appreciate honest feedback from residents or anyone who recently checked it out.
