Frustrated drummer/dad

So im in a band with these guys ive known for many years now and now we're adults with responsibilities and priorities. We make it work with jam but we do miss jam every now and then and its always because of me or the singer. Our bass player is always good to jam, we jam at his place so that makes it easier for sure. But he also starts work at 8 in an office and doesnt have kids or really too many responsibilities other than some yard work and usual house stuff. Im a tradesman with a wife and two young boys and a house so im obviously insanely busy 90% of the time but I make a solid effort to make it to jam plus I know the songs and rarely make mistakes, I also write alot with the bass player so im definitely pulling my weight. Our singer works in construction as well and has some things go9ng on in his life that make him miss jam a little more often than me but in all honesty a lot of his missing jams are silly reasons but whate er it is what it is. I just let them know I have to work out of town this week and I got the third degree from the bass player saying he just wants to quit hes always waiting for us and hes always available and so on. While I get his frustration it also drives me nuts because he has probably 1/4 of the responsibilities and priorities that i have and its really annoy8ng getting lectured about coming to jam when im a 38 year old dad with a 5 and 10 year old boy and a wife and a career. Anybody else ever deal with this shit? Sorry I had to rant!

Ive been looking for a car since just before Christmas, originally I was looking for a Honda with a manual tranny but I just couldn't bring myself to spend x2 what the cars worth just because of the badge on the hood. So ive been seeing g37s come up on marketplace for what I think is a reasonable price given the mileage and age. I think it checks all the boxes and I can deal with a automatic trans if it has some balls like these cars do. Any advice on what to look out for? From my Google searches ive read that 2012 and up are fairly bulletproof.

I just wanted to say that every time I listen to Paramore im always blown away by the skill level of the musicians in the band. They dont get enough credit from non musicians! The drums have always been top notch on every album regardless of who's playing, the bass in aint it fun is so tight and funky as hell, the guitar tones are perfect and the playing is very tasteful. The amount of times I say "wow" after listening to a Paramore song is unreal, especially after ive had a hoot or two lol.
