Shipping Problem, package mssing earbuds, terrible customer support
Yesterday, at around 12 am at night, I checked my email to check on my package delivery, and saw that my package was supposedly already delivered at 4 pm, so i went out of the house to check my front porch. When I saw the package, it was clearly tampered with and the tape was replaced, and a whole was in the box. After I opened it, my earbuds were not inside the package and was instead replaced with 3 little bottles of fabric paint. FYI I purchased the CMF Buds Pro 2 earbuds from the official website at nothing.tech, and I contacted customer support. The agent had a heavy indian accent and I could not understand anything he was saying, so then I sent him a video of the package, and he later told me that i had to provide proof of a police report, which I sent him the case number. After that, they told me I needed a pdf copy of the report. I genuinely do not want to deal with this, and I really just want my money back. Just trying to warn everybody here with my experience purchasing from Nothing, along with the HORRID delivery service of speedx, really just a terrible company, as speedx itself does not even have a customer support number I can contact, and their website just directs me to a stupid chatbot.
