We just handed back our Hyundai Kona 71 plate via manheim to Hyundai finance. On their inspection they found some tiny bits of what they describe as rust/corrosion on 2 of the alloys. The 2 spots are only noticeable by detailed inspection of the wheels. But they want to charge us £90 an alloy to fix. So £180 total, The cars 4 years old and has done 76,000 miles we had it on 20k miles a year agreement. In my mind it sounds like reasonable wear and tear. We have disputed it but they have just sent us the invoice. Just wondering if it's worth fighting and if it is how would you go about it?
