can you fix dead vrms on b850 motherboard?

can you fix dead vrms on b850 motherboard?

I got this motherboard a month ago and don't have warranty on it (MSI b850 tomahawk max). it was working for a month but I was hearing some electrical cracking sounds and now it finally died. I suspect dead cpu vrms since it shuts down after 1 second. if I remove cpu power cables it is stuck with a CPU and dram check pass light. is there any way to fix the vrams, or a way that's cheaper than buying a new one? I've fixed bent am5 motherboard pins before so I'm wondering if it'll be something of that difficulty

What are the chances of getting my warranty on this Mobo?

so shortly, I built a pc a month ago and the pc crashed while playing a game and would turn on for just a second. I've narrowed down the problem to the motherboard and asked a friend of my dad's to help me fix it since he built pcs in the 2000's, now retired. I don't think he was familiar with how sensitive am5 pins are so he just threw the processor at an angle and bent some bent pins on the socket. he said it was like this, knowing damn well they weren't. I even checked the pins back when I was trying to get to the source of the problem. now instead of shutting down, the motherboard is stuck checking dram. I think he bent some memory pins.

I bought the motherboard less then a month ago from PCGarage, a hardware store in my country. is there any chance I can return the motherboard with these conditions? I suppose they do analyze the problem and to check if it's user error.

Or is there any way to fix it myself or have a cheaper way of fixing the motherboard, like paying someone to bend back the pins? (when I went to a repair shop and asked if it's possible for them to bend my pins they refused and said they're not a surgeon)

I've built this pc a month ago and it worked great. but recently when playing a game the pc just crashed and now when I try to power it back again it just powers for half a second.

I have a 3070

9800x3d from a family friend

2x16gb

Corsair 750w 80 gold psu

tomahawk b850 max

the psu fan does spin very slightly for a bit. I've tried only using one ram stick and did unplug the gpu. I've rested the cmos battery using the clear cmos button on the motherboard incase it was something with the bios. nothing changed. the led show cpu red, dram orange and then everything else dies. the lights in the video are a bit blurry but I can't get anything better on camera. also the boot led is green for like a very slight millisecond if that matters, but I think it's the Mobo just receiving power or something

if you know any fixes or anything I can do, please tell me

UPDATE:

The PSU is fine. I've used it in my old Intel pc and it booted. I've still yet to figure what else is wrong
