Does anyone use filler music videos instead of just tracks in between karaoke say 30-90 seconds while next singer is coming and getting up. Bar I've started doing has karaoke piped onto all the TVs and thought it was perfect to have music video filler instead just music and list of singers.

I recently sold my 2 Bed 1930s house for the 2nd time. The first time i sold it i got to the survey and the buyer pulled out cause of some high damp readings in a few areas and some cowboy trying to say it would cost 5k in remedial works. Anyway the buyer ended up pulling out. I am now on the 2nd buyer and the survey is coming up . There are no signs of damp in the property or smells. I think one of main issues may just be salt in the plaster and the house not venting as it not being lived in constantly. Is there anything i should do before the survey to try and get rid of the damp ? is it worth buying a meter off amazon to try and monitor the locations the original survey came up with damp.
