2003 Hudson Soft Mario Party Plush. I Cannot find him listed online anywhere. I've found the Green 1-Up but not this one. If it's like the green one, it might be supposed to have a string attached at the top to hang, but i'm not entirely sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated !
