Coaches are so overpowered. Is there a way to disable them? At the begin of my career I had to buy one coach and I'm not able to delete this guy... Is there a way to disable coaches?

Before I start scouting a player I can see player potential for example 80-89.

After scouting there is a "?"

Why? I mean wtf haha without scouting it says 80-89 and after scouting the potential is hidden with a "?"
