I’m a physiotherapy student and one thing I kept noticing is how unnecessarily complicated a lot of concepts are taught — especially in MSK and rehab.

So I started writing and breaking things down in a way that’s:
- simple
- practical
- actually useful clinically

It’s mainly focused on physio students, but I try to keep it understandable for anyone interested in rehab, injuries, or movement.

This is my blog:

I’m still early into it, so I’d genuinely appreciate any feedback — whether it’s on the content, structure, or what topics you think would be useful.
