[Trainer] Weight load auto increase/decrease
Hey folks,
I'm giving Trainer a shot to use it in order to create a training schedule. Something I'm struggling a bit is regarding the weight control defined by the Trainer for future executions.
I work in some machines with a 6.5kg progression instead of 5kg by 5kg. What happens is, differently from what happens in the regular logging where it stores my previous weight load, Trainer suggests increasing or decreasing it in the next session, but I couldn't find the option to change it to a specific weight interval.
Example:
Trainer says for my session A to do 3x12 for 35kg for a given exercise.
The machine I have for it only allows me to go to 29.5 or 36. So I go to 36 option.
If I can't execute the 3x12 accordingly, Trainer says: "cool, next time do 3x12 with 35".
This bothers me a bit, mainly for new exercices where I don't remember if I did correctly the last session with 29.5kg or if you failed to execute the 36kg (so I need to go back to previous executions to understand). The visibility on this for the regular logger is way better (IMHO).
I don't know if there's any setting I can change it or if it's fixed to increase by 5kg always. Nothing that will ruin my day to have it if we don't.
