I recently launched a telecom sales operation as an authorized dealer partner with AT&T, DIRECTV, EarthLink, Altafiber and Cincinnati Bell focused on fiber, TV, and wireless solutions through a direct-to-consumer and online model.
We’re early stage but moving. I retained 3 reps within the first two weeks, and they’re deploying this week.

• What separates reps who stick vs. those who fall off quickly?
• Realistically, how long does it take to build a stable, producing team?

Are the profits in this model as real as they look on paper?
