Hey, I wanna pursue a phd in economics and particularly on theoretical topics like game theory, mechanism design or social choice theory. However, I am not from an economics background but I have done my BSc in Statistics and am currently enrolled in the best Masters in Statistics programme that India can offer.
Can anyone please tell me what is the most desirable way to achieve this and what schools are probably best suited for me ?[anywhere in the world assumably where its safe to go :)]
